Three Tips to Help You Write Your Essay With Greek Philosophy
Three Tips to Help You Write Your Essay With Greek PhilosophyFor some reason I have always been interested in Greek philosophy and my college instructor suggested that I write an essay on the subject for a class, so I started looking for different essay topics. The most common of these is some form of Plato or Aristotle, but I wanted to try something a little more original and go with a topic that was not so ancient. It would seem that the easiest thing to do would be to look at Shakespeare, but that would only work if you are English as a second language and know the names of the plays. Otherwise, you're probably better off with an essay that has nothing to do with Shakespeare at all. Before you start looking at the various essay topics, there are a few questions that you need to ask yourself. Since these topics will be written by somebody else, it will be easier to choose a topic that is relevant to your topic of study, but still inspires you to write.Questions like 'What do I love about Greek philosophy?' or 'What areas do I need to concentrate on?' will help you decide what type of essay you should be writing. Once you have decided which topics you should include, you can go ahead and start researching. It is really important to write about topics that interest you and give you something you are passionate about. At the same time, remember that the author of the essay is responsible for writing it, so it is your responsibility to make sure that it reflects your own opinion on the matter. You should never use your fellow students' ideas or opinions for your essay. One thing that I did when I first started writing essays was to pretend that I was presenting a thesis on an extremely difficult topic. At the same time, I also thought that I could write an essay that was unoriginal, but my teachers were always telling me that this was a mistake. Since it seemed that everyone hated that kindof essay, I eventually gave up that particular technique. The most important i dea that I picked up from them was to use the quote of the day as the basis for my essay. If you find a quote that you really love, don't worry about whether it's original or not. Pick it up and look it up, find the author, and take it from there. There is one other thing that you need to keep in mind before you start to write the question: you should always avoid things that are easy. The easiest way to make your life miserable is to make your essay easy; you want it to be challenging but not to the point where you get distracted. The longer that you can think of ways to make your essay even harder, the better you'll do. Make your essay as long as you can, but not too long that it becomes boring.
